2008 CCR Form...
There are two versions, one version (2008 CCR) can be viewed and printed out. You can then edit the hard copy. You will need at least Acrobat 5.0 to view this document. To download a free copy, click here.
The 2008 CCR IN WORD version is in Microsoft Word 2000. This version can be saved to your computer and you will be able to edit it, if you have Microsoft Word 2000 or compatible software. (This version will not work for Microsoft Works or because you have Microsoft Windows as your operating system.)
Among the
key changes this year are the following:
References to lead reporting were removed from Section 9 and added to Section 10 of the CCR Template (pages 14 through 17 of 19). Also, Section 10 of the CCR Template Instructions (page 27 of 31) was updated to include a reference to the mandatory lead language.
A comment was
included in Step (1) of the Template Instructions (page 11 of 31) stating
that if the system gets or purchases less than 10% of their water from an
alternative source(s) they need not include an additional Detected
Contaminants Table or Column for that other source(s).
A clarification
in the instructions for what results to enter in the table of analytical
results for VOCs (Template Instructions page 14 of 31)
Note 4 (Template Instructions page 15 of 31)
was edited to address incidents where systems report raw water TOC values of
less than 2.0 ppm. Note 5 (Template Instructions pages 15 and 16 of
31) was added to show calculations for TOC percent removal when the water
treatment plant has been off-line for a period of time.
An addition was
made to the Non-Secondary Contaminants Table for TOC when levels are below
2.0 (Template page 12 of 19).
A clarification for reporting cryptosporidium
monitoring results was made in Section 9 (D) of the Template Instructions
(page 26 of 31).
A clarification for reporting arsenic monitoring results was made in Section 9 (A) of the Template (pages 14 and 15 of 19).
