Project Request Form...

Below, please find a Project Request Form to be completed and submitted to 850.893.4581 if you have an upcoming water or wastewater project needing funding.  This submittal is captured in a database made available to all groups, agencies, programs, etc. that provide financing programs to Florida utilities.  These Funders of water and wastewater projects meet on a quarterly basis to discuss projects, project requests, and funding of those projects. 

At the meeting a Funder will take the lead role on your project and contact you for additional details and follow up.  Some projects may require or desire joint funding, by many utility-funding programs, and that will be discussed at the quarterly meeting, as appropriate.
