The Conference at a Glance…
Back by popular demand, the 2013 Thirty-Fourth Florida Rural Water Association’s Annual Technical and Training Conference will be held at the beautiful Hilton Daytona Beach/Ocean Walk Village in exciting Daytona Beach, Florida with the room rates starting at $99.00 (this rate includes self parking) plus tax. For reservations, please call 866.536.8477 or 386.254.8200. You will want to bring the entire family to take advantage of all the amenities that Daytona Beach has to offer.
This year’s Conference promises to be the biggest yet! We will have a hundred exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall demonstrating the latest in technology in the water and wastewater industry.
We will kick things off with the Eighteenth Annual Carl Hongell Memorial Golf Tournament. It will be even more exciting since it will be played at the LPGA Golf Course!
You will also want to bring a sample of your system’s water to the Registration booth before 2:00 on Tuesday to participate in the Best Tasting Water Contest. Wouldn’t it be great to boast that your system has the Best Tasting Water in Florida! The winner will be announced at the Exhibitor Social in the Exhibit Hall later that evening.
Don’t forget the great door prizes that are given away! These and other activities will keep you informed, inspired, and motivated so that we can help you to make sure the future of the water and wastewater industry in Florida is bright.
