The Florida Rural Water Association's Apprentiship Program offers you the opportunity to earn while you learn. The Program is approved through the US Department of Labor and Florida Department of Education.  New hires and current employees are eligible for the two year program.  Requirements include On The Job Training (OJT) that the system will supply and Related Technical Instruction (RTI) that will br roughly two days a month.  For more information on the program, check out the video below and contact FRWA at Apprenticeship@frwa.net.
