A Dual Licensed Operator (Water # 2812, Wastewater # 3318), a Class 2 Distribution System Operator, a "C" Level Wastewater Collection System Operator, a Licensed Backflow Tester & Repairer, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge & experience to the Association and it's Members
