Once again, we are headed to the Hilton at Daytona Beach. After a record breaking event last year, we anticipate that this year's Conference will not disappoint!  Check out the information below before reserving your booth! See you in Daytona!

SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT  

You must be a member of FRWA to purchase a booth for this year's Conference.  A maximum of two booths per vendor.  Booth prices include registration for two company attendees per booth, so if you plan on having a second attendee, don't forget to complete the information for them as well. If you need additional booth attendees beyond the 2 provided, they can be purchased for $425 per extra attendee. Please email finance@frwa.net with all attendee information and we will send an invoice with a link to pay. Registration includes all meals and activities. 

Please reference the diagram for locations and pricing for this year's Conference. This year we will be assigning booths on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all booths are sold out, we will be completing a map layout of the booth assignments to send. If you have any requests for your booth assignment (location, who to be next to, etc.), please state it in the comment box and we will do our best to meet your requests.
