2025 FRWA Annual Conference/Daytona Beach 7/29/25-7/31/25

We are excited to announce that registration is open for the 2025 FRWA Annual Conference! Please note that this year's Conference is from Tuesday (July 29th) through Thursday (July 31st). You can to get a head start on Monday evening July 28th between 5 PM-7 PM to come by the Attendee Registration Booth to register and pick up your name tag!

Due to popular demand, we are returning to the Hilton in Daytona Beach where your family can play while you learn!  With room rates starting at $169, with no resort fee and a $10 discount on parking, this rate is hard to beat in a location such as Daytona!  To reserve your room now, click here.  You must reserve your room by July 7, 2025, to take advantage of the discounted rate.

This year, we are happy to announce we have a new Pre-Conference option as we launch a new Vendor Expo across the street from the Hilton with "hands on" exhibits of the latest technology. We will then return to the Hilton Exhibit Hall for a box lunch for an afternoon of Exhibitor Training.  You can come for just the day of training on July 29th and earn 0.5 CEUs to be awarded at the end of the Exhibitor Training. If you can't stay for the entire Conference, you can register for just Tuesday's training by clicking here.  The day will wrap up with the FRWA Social Tuesday evening to relax and network with friends!

If you would prefer to play a round of golf, the 2025 Paul Brayton Golf Tournament will be held at the Daytona Beach Golf Club (600 Wilder Blvd, Daytona Beach FL 32114) on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. Sign-in will begin at 8:00 am with a shotgun start at 8:30 am. (Click here for directions to the course from the Hilton.)

For those that have not registered on Tuesday, the registration booths will open early on Wednesday morning so you can register and pick up your nametag.  We will start the day with a continental breakfast before attending the Opening Session starting at 9:30 AM. After breaking for the Awards Luncheon in the Exhibit Hall area, we will make our way to the Concurrent Sessions that will feature over 35 topics. After classes, members will meet for the 2025 Annual FRWA Membership Meeting at 5:15 PM in the Ponce De Leon Room. We will close the day with an Exhibitor Social Wednesday evening to wind down and catch up with old friends. During the Social, we will announce the winners of the Best Tasting Water Contest, pull a winner for the 50/50 raffle, and hold the second annual Meter Challenge Contest.

On Thursday morning, we will return to class at 9:00 AM, after stopping by the Exhibit Hall for a continental breakfast. Classes are over on Thursday at noon, so you have plenty of time to head home before dark. Don’t forget to pick up your CEU form at the last session to earn an additional 1.0 CEU for the 2027 Cycle!
