Now What??
1) Prepare your loan application for the projects you listed even if you have 100% principal forgiveness.
*2) CCNA-You must advertise for an engineer; Follow the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Section 287.055, F.S.
3) Be Patient – Funding could take up to 6-8 months.
4) You have authorization to incur cost on the projects you submitted, however, You must float the $$ until the reimbursements are made available.
5) If you are in doubt, call FRWA for more information.
