This course is for mainly decision makers, board, city managers, directors, and operators, it will be a open forum, round table discussion on what is facing water and wastewater systems today, tomorrow and in the future, what you are doing, and can do, along with what FRWA can do to help you navigate these challenges. We will discuss aging infrastructure and funding, workforce shortages, tightening regulations, operational security and many more topics that everyone is facing. Lunch will be served.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Coming in from I -75: Go east on SR 44 through Leesburg and then in Tavares bear right and turn on 19 South towards Howey in the Hills. At 3rd red light on 19 turn right (west) on Woodlea Rd. Go approximately 1 mile on Woodlea and turn right on Captain Haynes. ¼ mile on the left is the Utility Administration Building.
From Orlando: Come in on 441 (Orange Blossom Trail) and the take 19 south towards Howey in the Hills. Go to 3rd red light on 19 and turn right on Woodlea Rd, then go approximately 1 mile and turn right on Captain Haynes Rd. Go ¼ mile and turn left into the parking lot.
